I can add flavors to custom make almond, amaretto or many other flavors that can compliment the rest of your menu.

- Buttercream Frosting
I home make all my buttercream with the freshest of butter and snowhite sugar. It has an accent of almond and vanilla but I can custom create any flavor. This can cover the cake or can be used as a filling.

- Fondant Covering
All cakes are first covered in buttercream and then the mild sugary flavor of fondant is beautifully draped to achieve the right color and design.

- Cake Fillings
Fresh buttercream plain or custom flavor like hazelnut, almond,mocha or mix buttercream with fruit.
Jellied fruit like strawberry, raspberry, cherry.
Tropical flavors like guava, pineapple, and natilla.
Chocolate whipped fudge that can have Oreos, marshmallows or a candy added.
